Welcome to Fisher Falls™! Fisher Falls™ is a secure virtual town designed to fulfill Stelor’s mission of educating children through activities, games, and music. What’s different about our site is that it is comprehensive - listen to fun and educational music; watch entertaining Goosical™, and play games all designed to teach children about the sciences. Fisher Falls™ is an interactive world - when you register you become a “Goovatar” - Iggle®,Oggle®, Oogle® or the Goo Twins. Adopt these characters and personalize them - use them to chat with other users, play games, or just explore and have fun. But most of all, do it safely!

How to Register?

Registration is simple. From our main page, click on Sign Up. This gives you free access to a limited amount of content on the site. To become a GooKid (free during our test period), click on the “Become a Goo Kid” link on the lower right of the game screen.

How to become a GooKid?

To become a GooKid, simply click on the “Become a GooKid” link on the lower right of the screen. During our test period, becoming a GooKid is free!! As a GooKid, you can win GooPoints, personalize your Goovatar, and gain access to content not available to other users.

Pixkey® A new login system made just for Fisher Falls™!

Designed for children, and more secure than most websites! By using a Stelor innovation called PiXkey® a login password is created with a few easy to remember pictures. Our magic is that by doing this, you have a password far stronger than just typing a few letters. Children view logging in as a game, but Stelor views it as serious business. To log in, type in your username. A set of pictures will come up on the screen. Select the pictures you chose at setup time in the right order, and you are in!! If you forget your pictures, click on the “Forgot PiXkey®” button and we will send you an email link to reset it.

Goovatars - the virtual “You” in Fisher Falls™

When you register, you pick a “Goovatar”, a virtual “you” in Fisher Falls™. Choose from one of our characters - Iggle®, Oggle®, Oogle® GooLaLa™, or GooBoo™. Jump into our world and explore Fisher Falls™ -- Fisher Falls, where the Googles landed on Earth. Inside our world, play games, listen to music, or chat with your friends - safely and securely.

Games - How to Play Them

When inside Fisher Falls™, go inside some of the rooms - the Pizza Parlor, the School, the Library, and click on the game symbols. This will start the game on your system. By completing the games, you earn GooPoints which you can spend on hats and accessories (inside the General Store), or later on fun prizes!!

Moving around Fisher Falls™ is simple - just point to where you want to go and the Goovatar will move there. Click on the door to a building and walk inside. If at any time you want to jump somewhere, click on the “Map” symbol which shows a map of Fisher Falls™. Clicking on any of the buildings will take you there.

Gootunes - How to Listen to the Goo Radio

To listen to our Gootunes, click on the radio symbol in your toolbar. From there, select English or Spanish. Turn up the volume!!!

Check out our theater!! Inside, you can watch our ever growing list of cartoon music videos set to the catchy tunes sung by our Googles. Click on the screen and pick one - you’re sure to be entertained!!

GooBooks - How to read our GooBooks

If you can’t get to a real library, check out our online library. There, pick a book and read!! You can flip the pages like any book, but if you click on the pictures, the book comes to life!!

GooPoints - How to earn and spend GooPoints

Play games, read books, earn GooPoints!! Click on your Goovatar and see how many you have. For now, spend them on hats, ties, jewelry - check out the General Store. Coming shortly is our GooMall™ where you can spend it on fun stuff, shipped to you!!

Communicating - through Fliitz™ Private and Public Chats

Click on the chat icon on the toolbar and fliitz for the world to see!! If you can’t yet type, click on our emoticons and send funny faces. If your friends are online, you can click on their Goovatar and add them as a buddy. Remember, safety first!! You can’t add a buddy without your parents approving them (and only if you’re a GooKid).
If your friend is online (and after both parents have approved), you can click on the buddy list, click his name, and chat directly to him (we keep logs of all chats and can optionally email them to parents if you choose).

Chat Safety

If someone is using abusive language or is not behaving, click on his Goovatar and then click on report abuse. We take online safety very seriously - acting out will cause you to be banned from Fisher Falls™.

How to Create an Account

To create an account, click on the sign up button. Enter the information, pick a Goovatar, and then select your set of pictures for your PiXkey®. Remember, the order you select the pictures is important, so try to make up a story to help you remember.
Your account will not become active until an email is sent to you. You will need to click on the link in the email to complete your account setup.
To become a GooKid (free for a limited time only), click on the “Become a GooKid” logo in the lower right corner of our virtual world. There, you will need to enter information about the parent on the account in order to be able to access special features.

"What happens when you place your order?"

For an item sold by Googles.com: When you click the "Buy now" button, you will be redirected to a secure PayPal payment page. Once you have completed your transaction; just click "okay" and you will return to the Googles.com homepage. Returns & Exchanges: Within 30 days of delivery, you may return new, unopened merchandise in its original condition. The amount of time it takes your order to arrive at your home or post office box depends on the shipping method you choose.

How can I tell if my order was successfully processed?

After you enter your credit card information and click "Submit Order", a window will display the order number and the list of items ordered. An order receipt will be sent to the email address you provided with your billing information.

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually shipped from our distribution facility within one to two business days of the date the order was placed.

How can I see what my order will cost, before I pay for it?

When you checkout your order, enter your address, and click "Continue", an itemized receipt will be displayed with the total cost of the order, including shipping and handling. On this page you will have the opportunity to make any changes you would like. It is not until you click "Place Your Order", enter your credit card information, and click "Submit Order" that the order is placed and your credit card is charged.

There is an error in my address on the order I just placed. Can I change it?

Because orders are processed at our distribution facility within 24 hours of order placement, it is not always possible to make an address change. If you need to change the address on your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@googles.com.

Can I make a change to my order after it has been placed?

Order changes are possible but not guaranteed. The Googles Shop must be contacted within 24 hours from when the order was placed to make any changes. Send your request to info@googles.com. While we will do our best to meet your request, we cannot guarantee it. All changes must be intercepted before distribution processing has occurred.

An item in my order is defective/doesn't fit. How do I exchange it?

We would be happy to replace an item in your order if it is defective or doesn't fit. Please see our Terms and Conditions page to find out how you can get an exchange or a refund.

I need to return something for an exchange/refund, but I've lost the original packing slip. What do I do?

Please write your name, address, and order number on a piece of paper and include it with your return. Also, please write on the paper the item you are returning, and what you would like to receive in exchange for it. How do I know what size clothing item to order?

Each clothing item has a product page with a link to its corresponding sizing information. Please read it over carefully before making your purchase. If you are still unsure after reading the sizing information, compare the dimensions of a shirt you own that fits well to the dimensions given for the shirt you want to purchase from our shop.

Can I pay for an order without a Credit Card?

Currently, you can use the Paypal service to pay for your Googles merchandise. We do not accept cash, checks or money orders at this time.

Can I pay with a currency other than US Dollars?

The Googles Shop accepts all forms of currency that can be paid through the Paypal service. Our payment processing company automatically converts all currencies to US funds.
